Rev. David Shay
Rev. Shay, the founder and headmaster of Christ Dominion Academy, provides instruction in Ancient Latin, Biblical Greek, Literature, English, Biblical Studies, and the Sciences. A father of five, Rev. Shay also serves as the pastor of Living Church in Summerville and as a senior leader of Kingdom Alliance of International Ministries, a network of churches and ministries from across the nations. Rev. Shay provides training to pastors and educational leaders nationally and internationally. He enjoys spending his limited spare time with his family, including his three granddaughters, and gardening.

Mrs. Alexis Kepple
Mrs. Kepple teaches grammar school language arts and mathematics and arithmetic in the schools of grammar, logic, and rhetoric. Mrs. Kepple finished her undergraduate degree from Thomas Edison State University. She and her husband, also a teacher, enjoy community outreach volunteer work in their spare time.

Mr. Judah-David Shay
Mr. Shay serves as the Academy's Classics instructor, teaching Latin, history, rhetoric, government, literature, and grammar. Mr. Shay is a graduate of the Academy who went on to earn his B.A. in History and Classical Studies from Grove City College.

Miss Eden Shay
Miss Shay uses her artistic gifts to inspire Christ Dominion Academy students to appreciate and capture in various media the beauty and order that God has demonstrated in His creation. She also helps to manage CDA's online presence through web design and social media.

Mrs. Emily Shay
The mother of four CDA honors graduates and one currently enrolled daughter, Mrs. Shay brings her experience of loving care for children to her Kindergarten class. Her joyful multi-sensory approach to classroom management helps foster the love of learning at an early age.

Mrs. Macy Shafer
Having been raised in a bi-lingual home, Mrs. Shafer understands the many advantages of foreign language proficiency and uses her fluency to inspire modern language acquisition in her high-school Spanish classes at CDA.

Miss Faith Sheldon
Mrs. Sheldon teaches in CDA's early elementary grades. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in conservation biology from Grove City College and uses her knowledge to inspire wonder for creation in CDA's grammar school students. She enjoys the multi-modal approach to instruction centered on a core of biblical values.

Mrs. Angela Gruver
Mother to one of CDA's alumni, Mrs. Gruver serves as administrative assistant to the Academy's headmaster, serving the families, faculty, and supporters of CDA to accomplish our mission.

Mrs. Shannon Johnson
A former CDA teacher (2014-2024) Mrs. Johnson uses her business skills to help manage the bookkeeping and accounting for the Academy. She holds an accounting degree from DeVry University and has managed or owned businesses throughout her life.

Miss Lieneke Boonzaaijer
Ms. Boonzaaijer is a student teacher from Grove City College, where she studies English literature and poetry with a minor in classical Christian education. She has been awarded for her writings on Herman Melville. She graduated from the St. Timothy School in Dallas, TX, a classical parish school in the Anglican tradition.

Mrs. Olivia Schlissel
Mrs. Schlissel serves as a substitute and special topics teacher in Bible, worldview, and literature. She is an honors graduate of CDA and has her degree in New Testament Literature from Oral Roberts University. She, her husband, and their three daughters live in Western Pennsylvania.
